Jordan McCallum

Jordan is the University of Minnesota Meat Lab Supervisor. She began working at the Meat Lab and participated in the Meat Science Quiz Bowl Team during her short 2 1/2 years of undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota. Jordan continued her education at the University of Minnesota and completed her Master’s degree in Meat Science under Dr. Ryan Cox. After graduation in 2019, Jordan worked for the Minnesota Department of Agriculture for two years as a Manufactured Food Inspector before returning to the Meat Lab as the Supervisor in 2021. Jordan has also served as the Executive Director of the Minnesota Association of Meat Processors since 2020. In her free time she enjoys cooking competition BBQ and crafting.
