The Department of Animal Science, College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences at the University of Minnesota will host its annual Animal Science Showcase on April 24, 2025. The Animal Science Showcase is an event hosted to celebrate the accomplishments of faculty, students and alumni in the Department of Animal Science. This event is open to alumni, industry partners, students and stakeholders and includes graduate student poster sessions, networking opportunities and recognition of the Golden Alumni Award recipients.
The Golden Alumni Honorees are alumni of the Animal Science Department that have made substantial contributions to the field of animal science either through their work in industry or in academia. Hearing directly from these honorees and learning about their career paths is perhaps the highlight of the event.
